Sara Plinska has over 14 years experience in the Recruiting industry. In her early years of Recruiting, she often found herself correcting resumes for the candidates she was interviewing. That's where the interest started in helping others find the right jobs.
It later grew stronger, and she began coaching people, candidates, colleagues, and friends not only enhance their resumes, yet, also find the careers they were naturally meant to be in long-term. She knows tips and strategies for interviewing and helping people to win over others, or find their "woo." Her experience working on the corporate side and the agency side makes her a well-rounded consultant.
